The Brief

A hotel for adventure travellers, built to convert.

Haus is a new premier hotel in Glasgow's city centre, built for a niche audience of adventure travellers. The brief: a website that communicates the brand's adventurous, sophisticated identity, makes booking effortless across devices, and turns that visual impression into reservations.

Mood board of natural textures, boutique interiors and earthy tones that shaped Haus's visual direction

Process

Research, distilled to what mattered.

Competitor benchmarking showed most boutique-hotel sites bury booking behind clutter so personas, empathy mapping and wireframe iterations all pushed toward one goal: a single, unhurried path from browsing to booking.
